NEW STORIES Hurricane and Gugy: You should see how funny Gugy is when we put sunglasses on him and Hurricane to chill around the backyard. From the moment we put glasses on Gugy he becomes a “statue” and reacts to nothing. He just stands there and meditates until we remove glasses, while Hurricane runs around making stunts with the glasses, playing big shot. They pose a little for photos. When you look at them together they look like the Oakley’s models. Hurricane is afraid to go down the stairs from the house floor. Sometimes we stand downstairs and call him, and he starts towards the first stair and gives up, while little Vogue runs up and down all the time. Once he pushed his head in the fence on the balcony and could not pull it out. After I have unsuccessfully tried to help him, I had to get a screwdriver to unscrew bolts and take off the fence so I could pull his head out, But, when I went away, he managed to pull out his head on his own. Stella: When playing with others she is incredibly “strong” in running and she immediately runs into someone and takes them down like ninepins in bowling. It is no wonder she got HD-A. Her playing is very funny; she looks like a little rhino going into assault. Sometimes, while everybody is sleeping she persistently looks for playing partner. Sometimes one of Biskitts accepts her playing invitation, and sometimes Stella looks wandering how everyone else is sleeping and then she lies down as well, thinking: “What else, I have to get some rest too, when no one wants to play!” Madonna: She loves to run around the backyard everyday, just like all the others, but when she comes to the end of the yard, she jumps against the wall and bounces with her legs to the other side, which really looks like a move from Karate Kid. I often throw them a little ball, and then “confrontation” comes between Madonna, Vanilla and Vogue. One of them drops the ball, other catches it and runs off. Vanilla has a good tactics, she runs and bites a little Vogue’s back lag and when he turns around, she steals the ball from him. Vogue and Madonna sometimes walk around the yard for several times looking for the same bone or ball. On the end Vogue waits for everyone else to get tired and the takes the bone, lies down and continue playing on his own. Gugy As soon as one of Biskitts sees a cat, Gugy, as the eldest leader of the pack, goes proudly, and first starts barking and whining (he wines after the cat because he grew up with the one and now he thinks that every cat is his Mici). He can get very emotional. Also, on one occasion, we went to the veterinarian for vaccination, and some dog that had place before us in the queue started whining. Gugy almost started to cry because of him, he was very compassionate. Nancy and Hurricane running around the cat mostly jump on the fence (I have to watch for them not to jump over it, that is how much they jump), and Madonna takes the longest time checking where Mici is. Until cat goes away, Madonna does not give up. And you should see Vogue how bravely he gets through the crowd so he could see what is going on. Hehe For a while we were unable to handle Hurricane, he would jump over everything and anything like a real Olympic jumper, and you can, of course, guess why he did this. Yes, yes… Girls had those days. There is no fence or obstacle that guy did not jump over. Nancy has specific manner of courting to Hurricane and Gugy. This is difficult to describe, but she jumps in circles around them and teases them, she jumps around them like a little goat. On the end, when she does not know what else to do, she starts catching their paws. When Hurricane or Gugy become interested, Nancy brushes them off. Hehe. Stella is so persistent when she wants to get massaged that she follows us around the yard, where ever we go she goes too, scratching us with her paws until we massage her. You should see how she enjoys, constantly sticking her tongue out. When I’m busy, she follows me everywhere, and as soon as I stop she scratches my feet which can leave painful marks on the feet. Other members of our household are of similar faith, and mum especially. After Stella, Madonna comes for her massage and scraping, and than Vanilla and Vogue. On the end all come together and each get a little massage. We will have to put them in a waiting line. Madonna is very funny when we babble her nicknames; she actually looks as if she was laughing. Her muzzle gets very wrinkled, you can barely see her eyes, only you don’t hear laughter. Nancy: When one of us comes home, Nancy starts real “assault”, jumping so high that she almost breaks her bones, so happy she gets. She often punches me in the nose with her had so hard that everything blackens before my eyes. And when she sees someone waking up in the morning she almost breaks the glass on the terrace banging hard against it. We have to fondle them all in the morning or when we come back from somewhere, but she is so persistent, she pulls, bites and does all she can to be the first one. All Biskitts are used to a lot of attention and when one of us is not in the yard for half an hour, they all immediately come to the door and start scratching the glass. As soon as I get out they pacify and walk after me like little ducks. They probably consider me to be the member of their pack. Vanilla: When she first came to our family, getting acquainted with others went on better than we hopped. On the first day I was letting them one by one so they could get to know her better. Vogue spent most time with her because he is the smallest, but others were getting to know little lady as well. After four days she became part of the company and was running around the yard with them. Vanilla is as fast as gazelle. Madonna was a bit jealous with her because she cannot come to the terms with the fact she is no longer the youngest. It was the same when Vogue arrived. But, today, two of them spend most time playing with each other. We are very happy Vanilla joined us, she is really special! When she runs around the yard, she looks as if she was dancing step, she is very cute. In the morning, when I let them of the terrace to the yard, it looks like a stampede, they nearly take down the fence. They start immediately running from one side of the yard to the other. Every day they have one new 100 yard runner, and after him others run as well and chase each other. On the other side of the fence, in the other yard that is, the master is Roky who loves to socialize with everyone (by the fence, of course), except for Hurricane, who likes to provoke him, so Roky gets veeeeeeeery upset and starts barking. Then Gugy comes running, all important, and like he tells something to Roky, he stops barking immediately. Gugy grew up with Roky, so he can “tell him anything”. Sometimes Nancy comes across and wont let Gugy pass to calm the situation. Real woman. Nancy can often be peacemaker in some situations. For example, Madonna wanted to attack Vanilla, and Nancy stopped her in the moment and as if she asked her: “Where to? Do you need something?” Lately there is tension between two oldest guys: Gugy and Hurricane, so the one that starts the fight goes to isolation for a while to “chill out”. Mostly Hurricane starts first provoking Gugy, so he is usually the one to go to the resting room. Vogue gets to the resting room sometimes as well, because he can be naughty, who ever passes next to him, he catches him and “harasses” him. When we see that he will really give them no rest, he goes to “chill out” as well. Every day Biskitts have their rituals, they have to have few naps during the day. Gugy is the one that can sleep longest. Sometimes they are all tired and want to get some rest, and Stella persistently looks for playing buddy, so she goes from one to the other until someone decides to play with her. When weather is nice they spend all day outside and enjoy fresh air, and when it is raining no one even wants to “peak” out. They do what they have to do fast and come back to the terrace. None of them likes walking on the wet, but Stella in lady – like manner bypasses even the smallest puddle so we have to pick her up and take her to the grass to do her things, and then she goes back, slowly walking on tips of her fingers. This goes for all of them, but for vogue, who does not even mind lying out while it is raining. All Biskitts run to the terrace, and he remains lying out. Then I have to go and get him, but few minutes later he is back on the rain so I have to close terrace door so “Rain man” couldn’t get out. Vanilla: She has habit of taking things, like mop, that she drags and carries around the backyard. She runs left and right, and different rhythms can be heard during this occasion (like when drums are playing) because she drags mop handle on the floor. She often takes other instruments, like small shovel or can. When one of the others would join, they could become real band. Nany: When Gugy and Hurricane have a little fight, Nancy quickly solves it, she immediately calms Gugy. It looks like she tells him: “Come on, little cock… If you do not behave yourself…” Madonna: Once during the walk she was very surprised seeing model of deer in a natural size, and she was very amazed. She ran towards it, and than slowly and carefully walked around it. And then nothing was clear to her anymore. She must have been thinking to her self: “Oooo, what is this now?” She was very funny! Vogue is much better developed than other males. When he was still little, he became real little “Latino tempter”. He kept coming onto females, but he preferred older ones. Nancy wasn’t into him, and he would stand in front of her and bark all the time. She was quite cold to this, and him very upset. Hurricane: Whenever someone starts vacuuming the house he immediately comes running, jumps and wants to cuddle. Unbelievable, but we did not notice that for some time, but now we see that he wants to cuddle exactly when someone starts vacuuming,. Stella: When she goes for a walk with Gugy she is much braver. He is her “hombre”. She must be feeling safe near him. She lifts her head proudly and walks besides her Gugy. They are really a couple. Few times while I was sitting with Biskitts on the terrace or working something in the yard, I Heard something like a bump, and then real stampede of Biskitts came towards the terrace so I ran as well to see what was going on. And, flying sparrow hit the window glass and fell on the ground, and just before he passed out, he flew a bit around the terrace and all Biskitts came after him. I managed to save it and I put it on the terrace roof and when he came around, he flew away. On one occasion Gugy almost got him, but I managed to stop that. He almost swallowed it alive; you should have seen that, it was race all across the yard and battle with Gugy to open his mouth. You should see how Biskitts inform each other about what is going on and then all start running after him. And it is the same when one of them sees the cat, he immediately gives signal to the others on the other side of the backyard and in a second they all appear there and start barking. When Rotttweiler Roky is in the one yard and Biskitts in the other, there is an interesting situation. Usually Roky doesn’t like Hurricane, and now when Vogue grew up I guess he mistakes them. Vogue sits next to the fence, and Roky comes and scare him, he moves back a bit and starts blinking, you should see how cute he is then. Vogue’s facial expression is almost saying, what did I do to you, I am good, please don’t hurt me.        21.1.2007 Gugy for the first time gave us a paw and that was miracle for us.   Hurricane and Madonna : Finally we went to pick up our new babies. We started at our home at 6 o'clock and came at Rossy at 12 o'clock.We were lost on trip a couple times :-) but finally we found her Chow Chow kingdom.When she approved us Madonna and Hurricane we was overjoyed and we can't believed how they are extraordinary! We were playing with them,Hurricane was running whole time and Madonna was so sweet that we take her and hold all the time.Hurricane is very playful and he very good taken whole trip and trip was very long. After that we start home and we come home at 7 pm…When my lions saw Hurricane and Madonna, situation is little tense but later everything was ok… Soon we put lots of their sweet picture in Gallery and on their own page. They are so beautiful and funny. To be continued about they events….   Can you believe in this story? Hurricane: When he is thirsty than he lies down in front of dish and he drinks water lying down and when he finishes his job, he just jumps up like biggest cooler and than his whole coat and everything around him is wet.. Madonna: This is really unbelievable, when she's hungry she goes to the dish and she takes little food in her mouth and than she sits in front of television and lie down on floor and than she eats little by little and watches TV. And we can't believe what we are watching.. Nany and Hurricane : Between them exists big tense about everything (food, pampering, place where they sleep and everything else), but we can manage with them. You have to see how they are so pride and nobody of them wont chill up.. Stella: In evening when my Biskitts goes to sleep they have to mount with stairs on the second floor. They like sleep in my room because isn't warm and they like coldness. In the morning when they wake up, Stella doesn't know how to step down with stairs and than she is so so so sweet, first she is attempting and than she lift pawn to me like she is trying to tell me «Please help me, I'm still a little baby ».. Madonna: Imagine when our five Biskitts are coming in house and when they are flirting across a house, how than out home looks like :-)),but never mind because they can do everything they want. After that we have to clean floor and that is «mission impossible, because Madonna runs around and gnaws cleaning cloth and than cleaning becomes playing with Madonna.. Nany: When somebody in my house sleeps ( at night, in the afternoon or in the morning), Nany immediately wakes up because she is bored, she jumps on the bed and does everything what ever is necessary to wake up the ''victim''. At first we thought that she has to go outside to do toilet but than we realized that she needs somebody to play with.. Gugy: When he has to go outside he jumps on the bed and starts scrabble bed ,than he jumps from one side of bed to another and than we know that he has to «pi pi»..   14.3.2007 Today's day we are going to remember for one incredible situation, Hurricane as usually he drank water lying, and that is not unusual, he does that every day, but while he was drinking water he fell asleep. He laid his beard on top of bowl and closed eyes.. If we haven't saw it we wouldn't believed…it was very hot obviously….   Madonna: Last night she slept on couch so peacefully that she felt down on floor. She has really lucky because Nany slept on floor and she felt on Nany. Nany's face was so angry and so funny….   Hurricane: When Hurricane sleeps and some of biskitts pass away beside Hurricane that he raise like he dream some ugly dream ( his face is like he don't know where is he) and after few seconds everything be ok and he lie down and sleeps again..   Gugy: When I gave him bones for cleaning tooth first he jumps around that bones for about 15 minutes and he is really happy, than he plays with bones and after whole that since he bites it. When he bites his bones like he wants to steal from Hurricane his bones and that is not really smart...   Finally our first Lady is again normal since she has ''those days'', and she has changed, before that she was so in the game, and thro these 2 months we couldn't recognize her and we were so careful with her. At last she started having fun with other biskitts and we are very happy about it..   6.4.2007. – It looks like that Madonna learned Croatian language because she for the first time gave us a paw and Hurricane still combats with our language because he spent his first 5 month in Hungary. Little by little he understands everything. When we said him that he has to go in house he understands everything. We rename him in Hurry and he know that too. For paw or anything else we must waiting….   Snoring : Can you imagine how it's look like when my Biskitts start snoring over night? For me that is not problem because I accustom on that but other members of my family doesn't. Sometimes Gugy snores that loud that I can hear him when he sleeps on ground floor. That sound for me it's like lullaby before sleeping..   Gugy: He has a practice barking and baaaaaarking on some things like motorbike , some machines or something like that. Last night I let go my biskitts out and he saw my motorbike in garage and than he started barking and he didn't broke up. He approached to bike and than he run away and barking.( he is so funny). Than rest of biskitts started barking too, and after that we have to bring them in house because neighbors will be very angry..   Stella became a women, but she doesn't shows any differences like Nany was.. She behaves like nothing have happened, she runs with boys and enjoys in game. Gugy and Hurricane think that they are machos and they badger her and because of that, Stella has pleasure in privacy with other ladies.. Our Biskitts likes to take a walk in nature, but we take them separately because we want to learn them how to behave. Regarding obedience, Stella is the best, she obedience, but Hurricane is impossible, Gugy is in the middle, Nany and Madonna are so-so.. When Madonna is going to take a walk, she is ''crazy''( you have to see look on her face) and happy and she really enjoys.. Gugy.. He runs in the largest bushes and enjoys in freedom, and when he comes home, he immerse his mane in water and refreshing himself. Stella.. She runs like someone wants to kill her :-)), at the same time Nany and Hurricane are trying escape, but unsuccessfully. Madonna has intensive start and because of that when she is coming home she rattles.. Maybe this is hard but we LOVE our Biskitts and we will do anything for them.. Madonna.. She is growing up and every day she is bigger and bigger. She used to wriggle under fence, but now… I don't think so :-).. And then she has that sweet look on her face.. Hurricane.. Every day he runs upstairs and when he wants to came downstairs he yelps and then we have to took him and carry downstairs... Gugy… It is amazing how he likes to drink pills and vitamins, he engulf everything.. These days he is phlegm to us, because we don't permit him to badger Stella.. Two months ago was the same situation with Nany and because of all that he is little offended... Nany… These days, other Biskitts sleep outside because is warmer.. But Nany. Over the night she require, no she insist on sleeping in house, and we let her.. She sleeps in my room and she knows that she can do what ever she wants… Actually she sleeps on my bed and over the night she goes to my sisters room and makes noise because we don't let her to go in EVERY room.. Theirs wake time is 6.30 p.m. the biggest culprit of early waking is Gugy. He begins to bark without any reason. Then they have to do their things and nap time again, and after wake time number 2 beginnings bustle which ends in late afternoon, and then we have to subside, but…. Each of them have their on rituals, they wash teeth and mop eyes to each other. They adore when we massage and comb them. We try to comply and gave them attention as many as we can. .   2.5.2007. Today we took Hurricane and Gugy for a walk. Gugy for the first time raised leg and became ''hombre''!! Vedrana was with Gugy and when he did that and she was overjoyed but I didn't see that case, but he did that again just for me.. All family are lucky because of that, and today is very special day for us!!!.   6.05.2007. Hurricane for the first time give us a paw, finally he decided to do it, because all Biskitts done it already..   21.05.2007. Hurry for the first time raised leg and he became „hombre“ too. Nina „catch“ him in the morning when he was doing that. .O boy what would be when they start to mark theirs territory. .   Our Chow family got one more member, the cutest Vogue!   Our new BISSKIT Vouge has very smart strategie to cool himself from these warmer days.. However he cames to water and he jumps with his paw in it, and he hits to water until he makes a little plash and then he lies in it. First we taught that he is playing, but later when we wiped off water and cleaned, and then did it again and then we figured out how he is clever..He smudge himself, but that is his way to cool himself. Other Biskitt loves him, and they accpted him and he is very happy about it.
